League rules
Entry fee: Subs agreed at season end. Subs pays for website costs and trophies. Fines to be held by treasurer Barker to contribute for Group holiday.

The League
- We will use the following website scoring system [scoring section]:
https://fantasy.premierleague.com/rules/
- We must each pick
o 1 Goalkeeper
o 4 Defenders
o 4 Midfielders
o 2 Strikers
From the list available on The League website
- The winner is the Competitor with the most points at the end of Game Week 38. The loser is the Competitor with the least amount of points.
- In the event of 2 or more Competitors finishing on the same points, the Competitor who had the lowest draft order (in the original draft) is placed higher (e.g. Competitor A and Competitor B finish on the same points. As Competitor A picked before Competitor B in the original draft they would finish below Competitor B).
- Managers are only allowed to have a maximum of 3 players from one team at a time (including loanees). If a player moves due to a transfer and the 3 limit is breached, that must be corrected at the next supp draft but the team will be allowed special dispensation till then.

The Draft
- The draft cannot be held on a date before the player list is available.
- For the first two rounds, the draft order will be the reverse order of the previous year’s league positions (i.e. 1st is last, last is first). After that, the draft will snake.
- The draft order will dictate the order that each person chooses a player. Each competitor may pick any player from any club or position providing no one else has selected them and they have an available slot in their 1-4-4-2 team list.

Loans
A pool of players are selected from which any competitor can select a player from with the following conditions:
- The player being temporarily replaced doesn't play for 3 consecutive gameweeks. If a club has multiple games in a gameweek, the player still needs to miss 3 consecutive gameweeks.
- Only injuries or not being picked counts. i.e. suspensions don't count towards the 3 gameweek count and being fit but being an unused substitute does.
- Can't cancel once started.
- Players can re-use the same player - albeit not at the same time
- Additions to the pool can only be done if a player leaves the english premier league. Additions to be made during supplementary draft/transfer window.
- Loan pool is drafted after the supplementary window and then completely re-drafted after the transfer window. If you have no loans left you are ineligible from picking players. The remaining loan pool is picked in order of loan drafters.
- Loan squad configuration is 4-7-7-4.
- Each player has 3 loans available over the course of the season. Each loan lasts 6 weeks.
- Loans can be applied for after the points from the final game(s) for a gameweek have been confirmed. Applications must be made before midnight 2 days before a gameday (e.g. if a gameweek starts on Saturday, the application must be made before Thursday Midnight UK time).
- 24 hours before the first game of each gameweek, those competitors that have made a loan application will have the option of taking up a loan. Competitors choose a player from the loan pool in turn following a reverse league table order.
- Loans must be made before midnight (UK time) of the day before the first game (e.g. before Midnight Saturday before a Saturday game).

Supplementary draft
- At a designated date in September each person has the ability to transfer out up to three of their players for another.
- The selection order of this supplementary draft is dictated by the reverse order of the league at the time of the draft (i.e. the Competitor who is last in the league has the first pick in the supplementary draft).
- The supplementary draft transfers will be active for all subsequent matches after the designated draft date. - If you opt to pass on a supplementary draft, the manager receives a £5 fine reduction.

Transfer window
- The transfer draft will take place in early February.
- Each person will have the ability to replace 3 of their players.
- The order of the Transfer draft is the reverse order of the league position at the time of the draft.

Misc.
- Each Competitor must have at least one of their players in the All Star game. They must be part of the selected eleven players.
- Competitors who took part in the OBT Cup qualification are excluded from the following year's qualification.

General matters
- Data is extracted from the Fantasy Premierleague website. We will accept that this data is correct.
- During the draft/supplementary draft/transfer window if your connection goes down you can submit your choice through the WhatsApp channel and it will be accepted providing the time has not expired.
- New fines can be proposed and existing fines/rules amended mid season providing they receive majority backing from the Competitors. The fines cannot be retrospective.
- Fines to be consumed on one designated day and in the presence of at least 2/3rds of the Competitors. (likely to be the draft for next season)
By taking part in the competition you are accepting these fines.
